of the Residency programme
•
For pupils to gain an understanding of the diversity of contemporary
art.
•
To introduce pupils to methodologies they can employ when

To give pupils the opportunity to produce their own artworks
and to make valued judgements about their own decision making
process whilst engaged in making artwork.
•
To give pupils taking part in the residency the opportunity
to share what they have learned with other pupils (by a cascading
of knowledge and skills).
•

in the residency the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge
about contemporary arts practice, from the cascading of knowledge
and skills, by pupils working directly with the artists in
residence.

photo-manipulation) and video editing.
• To give teachers the opportunity to advance their
